We Fall down, We Get up Again....

Ok so once again I'm a bad blogger. Things have been a bit crazy lately; things haven't been so great with the fella the last lil bit and who knows what could happen. Anywho enough of the depressing news.

So for anyone who hasn't been having a good day or a good past few weeks here's a video to remind you it could be worse... even the "Best" fall down; but we have to remember to pick ourselves back up... especially when the world is watching.

For the love of HUMANITY

Ok so in the time that I haven't been blogging I've been drooling (over clothes obviously).

You know I've got to say my style cracks me up ...it's a little bipolar at times. Sometimes I just love running around in flip-flops 'n jean cutoffs 'n other times I love to wear jewelry, a cute lil dress, 'n some fabulous heels. I make myself laugh. Are you like this too, do you have multiple Style personalities?!?

So, in light of my wardrobe buffet... here are a few items that have stolen my heart.

I've come across my NEW favorite jeans Citizens of Humanity. My favorite pair is in the 'Faye full leg' style. I heart them, BUT I want my pair in the light wash. What can I say I adore everything about these... they look amazing and classy even with sandals (can you believe it, I was shocked), and the cuff is superb... it's a good inch thick/long. Not many jeans have that anymore and full leg isn't exactly one of my favorite styles, BUT I've fallen head over heels for these jeans and I can't get enough. Oh 'n did I mention the pockets rock; simple 'n yet stunning.

Next item of business; I want a padlock necklace. I've found a cute one that might do the trick from Juicy Couture, but I think I want something with a lil more "bling" ...something with crystals on it. If you have any suggestions send 'em my way! Please.

Hello Lover!

This post is from last night, I fell asleep....*oops,* but here it is anyways.

SEX AND THE CITY, was amazing!!! I saw it today with my boyfriend... He's one of the many guys I've turned into a SATC fan (I've found men love the show...they're just a lil shy about admitting it). I had been waiting for this movie ever since I first heard rumors that there might be a SATC movie (that was way back when the show had just ended). This movie was the epitome of PERFECTION.

I'm generally pretty picky when it comes to movies I'm antsy to see ...usually there's something that could have been better; maybe I would have changed the ending, or a scene between two of the characters, but not this time. Everything was exactly how it should have been.

Even walking in I couldn't help, but quote a line from Carrie 'n say "Hello Lover." I'd been waiting so long for this movie and it had finally arrived...I only wish that it wouldn't have had to end... but as the saying goes 'all good things must come to an end.' This was the best end to a fabulous series!

So so so...how has everyone's Mother Day been, anything eventful happen?

I of course saw my mom, we had breakfast, went for a bike ride, 'n I gave her some of her favorite lotion from bath 'n body works. Every mom deserves to be pampered right?! So this is what I got her.
Warm Vanilla Sugar: body cream and shower gel. Fresh Linen: candle

On the other hand.... not related to mother's day. I heart Rachel Bilson's style. If I could raid one celebs closet at this very moment I think it would be hers. I of course have others that I adore like Ashley Olsen, Jessica Alba, Kate Moss, 'n the list goes on, but today it's all about Rachel.
I love the fact that her outfits are simple 'n comfortable, but they're still way cute.

A Mile in Another's Shoes

I've been slacking again, I'm sorry.
I've been packing, moving, unpacking, 'n SLEEPING (trying to).

I wanted to start by answering a few questions some of you had asked me.

First, is the girl in the header photograph me 'n what camera did I use?
Yes that is me in the picture, it was taken using a Minolta camera, 'n my boyfriend was the photographer.

Second, Where did I move to?
I moved back to the beach. I'm originally from the valley, I moved to San Diego, fell in love with the city, went back home for a while, 'n now I'm back at the beach. I love it. Waves, sand, tanning... I'm totally adding to the stereotype aren't I? Lol.

Anywho, moving was a pain... literally, I was so sore afterwards lol; but everything went well. I think I'm finally settled in, now all I have to do is catch up on my sleep.

Oh 'n the back patio/deck of the house I'm living in is so cute- it's got tons of plants, an old little table, 'n wine barrels all over... I'm thinking it would be perfect for a photo shoot. So, keep a look out for some upcoming pictures.

P.S. this is one of my favorite pair of heels ever! They're Jessica Simpson 'n I love them. Usually I'm a bit skeptical about celebrity designer lines, but I think lil miss Jess did a good job. The girl's got style 'n I'm proud to say I own this pair of shoes.

So, are you like me do you have one item or a pair of shoes that you own that you completely adore? Hopefully I'm not alone in my lil obsession *gulp.*

Are any of you procrastinators like me? I'm like the worst at procrastinating. If there were an annual award I'm afraid I would win every year. Now I can say this with relative certainty because ...well I'm moving THIS week 'n you see I still haven't started packing *hangs head*.

-change outfit I'm wearing
-shop for clothes online

-talk to friends
-google more random things

Do you see my problem here, so many distractions so lil time. I know I'll get it all done ...but I just don't wanna get started. The idea of being surrounded by sharpie markers 'n cardboard boxes has no appeal to me *sigh*.

Any suggestions?

Well anywho, something else that has been aiding in my packing procrastination... SUSPENDERS.

I know, probably not what you were expecting. They've kind of been rearing their head for the last six months 'n I never paid them any mind until now. I REALLY do like them though. I'm not talking Urkel suspenders... but very fashionable suspenders. I so want to sport this look 'n my other plan is to get my Fella to wear 'em too (mens of course). I think they're sexy on guys. *blushes* lol.

Unfortunately I can't find any of the pics for the guys that I wanted to show you, but just check out the movie Awake... Hayden's character is wearing them 'n they look great (maybe it's the whole business attire that makes it work) lol.

Movies 'n tidbits

Six tidbits about ME.
1. I like the the sound of airplanes (not airliner jets) but small planes like Cessnas (it's prbly b/c my boyfriend is a pilot, lol).

2. Sometimes I laugh out loud after I remember a funny moment or joke even when I'm by myself.

3. It bugs me like crazy when people don't use spell check. Awful, terrible grammar urcks/ircks me; example not knowing the difference between there, their, and they're. (slang is the exception to this rule).

4. I find the 'behind the scenes' of movies to be more interesting than the actual movie itself.

5. I hate JUNE BUGS they only come out in June 'n they're super nasty. They stick to you 'n make hissing noises ....eeeeekkk.

6. I'm obsessed with accents, I love to imitate them. One example, Audrey Hepburn's character in My Fair Lady (before her proper etiquette training).

So, I've been catching up on all the movies that I've missed out on for so long.

I just recently saw Awake with Hayden Christensen 'n Jessica Alba. SO GOOD, but I warn you this is not a movie for the faint of heart.

One of the opening scenes where Hayden 'n Jessica are getting ready together is so cute.

Love this scene, I guess it says a lot about me. It's kinda how I think two people in love should interact with one another :)


I also saw Alvin and the Chipmunks, it was adorable.


Oh 'n I don't want to forget I just watched Jumper today.
I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a really good movie; there are rumors that there could be a sequel 'n I gotta say I would be happy with that, hehe.

This movie stars Hayden Christensen and he shares the screen with Rachel Bilson.


P.S. I've heard that Hayden 'n Rachel are dating. I've heard they're NOT dating. What's the deal, are they Still together, NOT together, NEVER together? Personally I think they're a bit of an odd couple ...or at least it seems... We'll see, lol.


I know, I know I'm a bit behind with my movie watching. You guys have probably already seen all of these, but what can I say... that's what happens when you don't have a lot of extra time, *dang it* lol.
